Here is the not so pithy portion of our business. We could write a novel about the ins and outs of shipping wine across state lines but we'll spare you. We try and break it down as simply as we can below.

Currently we ship wine only in AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, IA, ID, MN, MO, NH, NM, NV, OR, WA & WY.

We are adding more states soon so please check back.

Wine Shipping Ground Delivery is a FLAT RATE - $10.00** for any number of bottles 1-1,000,000.

Wine Shipping for Share & Collect Wine Club Members is FREE.

We ship via Golden State Overnight, UPS or FedEx depending on the destination. Standard delivery time is 1-10 business days from when you place your order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, AFO, or APO and we do not ship any orders using customer account numbers.

Federal law requires a person over the age of 21 be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol. Several delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we will charge you a reshipment fee. Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to an office or home business location.

If you choose to reroute your package to another delivery address we will charge you the additional rerouting fee.

We ship our soda and all other non wine products to ALL U.S. states.
