
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it. Please read our full return policies below.
1. Contact Pithy Little Wine Company within 30 days via email info@pithywine.com or phone (805) 546-1059. We will not accept wine shipped back to us without prior authorization. Due to State and Federal laws all wine contents, unless broken during shipping, must be returned in full to the winery for exchange. Wines will be accepted for exchange only - NO RETURNS. Do not discard contents of wine bottles. If it is a quality control issue please re-cork the unused portion of wine. The wine will be analyzed by our lab.
2. Once you contact us you will be given instructions for shipping your wine back to us. Customer is responsible for shipping back damaged wine(s) to us in order to process an exchange.
3. All exchange claims are processed in 3-5 business days of receipt.
4. Once damaged wine(s) are received they will be exchanged with the same wine(s)(if available) or like value wine(s). Some of our wines are limited productions and exact wine(s) may not be available for replacement.
5. If damage is visible from the exterior of the package you can refuse delivery from the shipping carrier and the package will be sent back to us by the carrier at no cost to you.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of open soda bottles or food products. Soda & food products will only be replaced if damaged during shipping.
