Our 2008 Fortuity Merlot is fermented at low temperatures to maintain flavors and structure. The subtle French and American oak components compliment the fruit tannins without overwhelming the mouth-feel of the wine. Black cherry and blueberry intermingle elegantly with the vanilla oak component to result in a rich mouthfeel with a long lingering finish.
